The program “Learning from Finland’s Best” is a 16-day Erasmus+ staff mobility activity in Helsinki. Five participants take part in a job shadowing experience, where they observe innovative practices in migrant employability, digital education, and non-formal learning methods.
The main goal is to improve how migrants can access sustainable employment. Participants explore the use of digital tools in education, ways to recognize informal learning, and how to design structured learning pathways. The program also aims to build cooperation and strengthen long-term European partnerships.
